Usage Of Amantadine Hcl 

1) As Anti-virus medicine 

Used to make intermediate of anti-virus medicine for treating A2 type flu virus, has antipyretic effect in the clinical pharmacology;Amend fremitus and anaesthesia of Parkinson's disease symptom.

2) As pharmaceutical intermediate

Amantadine Hcl can be used as intermeditate to  vildagliptin

3) As medicine to cure glaucoma

By blocking the NMDA receptor-mediated apoptosis, Amantadine Hcl has a great protective effect against RGC , then reduce and delay apoptosis of retinal tissue.

4) Raw material of catalyst
